Job summary

Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) is recruiting a Performance & Continuous Improvement Analyst to join the Corporate Strategy, Governance & Performance Team. The role blends performance analysis, reporting, and data visualization with practical continuous improvement support across GMFRS and GMCA.

You will work with colleagues to understand performance, identify improvement opportunities, and turn complex data into clear insights for informed decision-making in a fast-moving

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and interpretative skills with the ability to generate meaningful insight.
• Experience using data visualization tools, such as Power BI, to interpret and present performance information.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports would be advantageous.
• Experience of performance management processes and working cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Analyse performance data and generate actionable insights.
• Produce reports and dashboards for decision-making.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the service.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across GMFRS and GMCA to drive improvements.
