Job summary

RS Group is seeking a Payroll Specialist for a 6-month fixed-term Hybrid role in Corby. You will support a busy payroll function, processing monthly payroll for over 3,000 UK employees, and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver accurate, timely payroll services.

Experience with ADP is advantageous; you will handle gross-to-net calculations, ensure compliance with HMRC regulations, and maintain strict confidentiality. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement within RS Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll; capable of manually calculating gross to net pay.
• Excellent knowledge of HMRC legislation (RTI, NLW, Holiday Pay, BIK, Working Time Regulations).
• Demonstrates high confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end payroll service to the business.
• Ensure Payroll KPI targets are met with operational excellence.
• Resolve payroll-related queries within agreed timescales.
• Process monthly payroll for UK & RoI employees.
• Collaborate with Finance, PSS, Reward and Pensions teams.
• Review and improve payroll processes to maintain an innovative service.
