Job summary

YourRecruit Ltd is seeking an experienced People & Organisational Development Officer to support managers and the wider employee experience. This true generalist HR role emphasizes Employee Relations, policy advice and people data insights, in a busy organisation.

You will manage ER cases end-to-end, provide guidance on HR procedures, support recruitment, onboarding, payroll tasks and develop HR KPIs. Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 from home.

Qualifications

• Solid generalist HR experience with a strong Employee Relations focus.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification ideal or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Ability to advise on policies, procedures and practical HR solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage formal and informal ER cases (sickness absence, capability, disciplinary and grievance) from start to hearing where required.
• Support managers across the employee lifecycle with timely, sensible guidance.
