YourRecruit Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our busy People team in Carshalton. You will own employee relations, provide practical HR guidance, and support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to change management.

We value proactive professionals who can advise managers on sensitive issues, manage ER cases through hearings, and analyse people data to drive improvements. Hybrid working and a supportive environment are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Solid generalist HR experience with ER expertise.
• Ability to advise managers on sensitive people issues.
• Experience managing ER cases from advice to hearings.
• Understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Proven communication and organizational skills.
• Experience using HR systems and data reporting.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with the team.

Aufgaben

• Manage formal and informal Employee Relations cases, incl. hearings when required.
• Provide clear, practical HR guidance to managers on policies and legislation.
• Support recruitment campaigns and onboarding for new starters.
• Deliver learning and development support to managers.
• Assist payroll and pension administration and maintain records.
• Produce monthly HR reports and analyze people data.
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supervise team members and deputise for Head of People & OOD when needed.
