Job summary

CV Screen is seeking a People Operations Manager for a 3-month temporary contract in High Wycombe with hybrid working. The role leads recruitment from attraction to offer, supports the day-to-day People and Culture team, and ensures HR data and payroll processes run smoothly.

Starts as a fixed-term contract with potential to become permanent. Ideal candidates will have hands-on recruitment experience, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and a passion for improving processes to support a meaningful

Qualifications

• Proven talent attraction and recruitment experience.
• Strong organisational, project management and process improvement skills.
• Confident with Excel and Power BI, with a good grasp of people policies and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers and the People Team Executive
• Deliver a great candidate experience that leads to successful hires and smooth onboarding
• Help run the People and Culture team day to day and line manage the People Team Executive
• Keep employee data and the HR system accurate, and support the monthly payroll cycle
• Find ways to streamline people processes and produce reliable people dashboards
