Howden in the United Kingdom seeks a Client Administrator to join the SIPP team on a permanent basis. This hybrid role can be based in Glasgow or Cheltenham, balancing office and home working to deliver high-quality client administration and service.

You will handle client tasks within procedures, ensure regulatory compliance, and work with pensions knowledge. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with a focus on fair treatment of customers and cost-effective service.

Formación

• Must have GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
• Experience in pensions and working in a team environment is desirable.
• Knowledge of the SIPP market place is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• All administration relevant to client needs, delivered within service levels and quality standards.
• Handle client tasks with communication ownership and follow documented procedures.
• Record time against tasks daily and minimize non-billable time.
• Work in line with BW values and treating customers fairly requirements.
