Job summary

Howden is seeking a Client Administrator to join the SIPP team on a hybrid basis in either Glasgow or Cheltenham. The 12-month fixed-term contract focuses on delivering high-quality client administration and service within cost and regulatory requirements.

You will handle client communications, ensure tasks are documented, record time daily, and uphold Howden's values and treating customers fairly while supporting ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at grade C/5 or equivalent.
• Experience in pensions and working in a team environment is desirable.
• Knowledge of the SIPP market place is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• The ability to work hard with the right attribute towards the continuous development of your skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• All administration should be relevant to the client needs and service is delivered within any agreed service levels, priorities and quality standards.
• Carry out any client work taking responsibility for client communication and ownership of tasks as appropriate. Ensure that client needs are fully understood and administered in line with documented procedures.
• Ensure time is appropriately and accurately recorded against tasks on a daily basis and work to minimise non billable time.
• Work in accordance with BW values, behavioural competencies and treating customers fairly requirements.
