Job summary

CYGNET is hiring a Payroll Administrator for a hybrid role based at our Kings Hill office in West Malling. You will handle the full end-to-end payroll cycle, including starters, leavers, benefits, and statutory payments, while ensuring NLW compliance and accurate deductions.

The position includes comprehensive benefits and development opportunities. You will join a supportive, growing team and play a hands-on role in payroll processing, reporting, and problem-solving, with excellent supervision

Responsibilities

• Full end to end pay cycle processing, including adding starters and leavers and changes to personal details.
• Processing of statutory payments and pension changes including opt in/out requests.
• Handling salary sacrifice and NLW compliance, and deductions as required.
• Processing of pay relating to hours, allowances, bonuses and other amounts as requested by the business.
• Reviewing pay cycle information to identify and resolve inconsistencies or errors.
• Reporting over/underpayments to Payroll Manager with evidence and ensuring proper approvals.
