Job summary

Cygnet is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our Kings Hill office in West Malling on a full-time, hybrid basis. You will manage the full end-to-end payroll processing, including starters, leavers, pensions, NLW compliance, deductions and reporting, with two days per week onsite.

The role offers a salary of £32,000 per year, plus a range of benefits and opportunities to develop through our apprenticeship scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll administration and end-to-end payroll processing.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Full end to end pay cycle processing including starters/leavers and changes.
• Processing statutory payments and pension changes.
• Managing salary sacrifice and NLW compliance.
• Handling deductions and regulatory requirements.
• Monitoring NLW breaches and resolving inconsistencies.
• Reporting over/underpayments with evidence to Payroll Manager.
• Ensuring appropriate local authorization for payrolls.
