Harley-Davidson, Inc. in the United Kingdom seeks a Sales Strategy and Program Lead for Parts & Accessories to design, execute, and optimize dealer-facing growth initiatives across the EMEA Harley-Davidson dealer network.

You will partner with Field Sales, Demand Planning, and HDU to drive inventory, attachment rates, and profitability, using data-driven insights to shape programs and events that boost P&A sales and dealer engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in sales strategy or channel programs.
• Experience with dealer networks or OEM parts operations preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and execution of dealer-facing P&A growth programs.
• Develop initiatives to increase dealer inventory and merchandising investment.
• Collaborate with Field Sales to improve performance and attachment rates.
• Drive planning of P&A spaces at major events and provide supporting materials.
• Track adoption, inventory investments, and sales growth with data-driven insights.
• Partner across Sales, Marketing, Order Management, and HDU to align merchandising and sales execution.
