Job summary

Tusker Car Leasing in Watford is seeking a SOC- Order Management Advisor for a 12-month FTC. The role focuses on timely contract management, rapid order capture, and building strong employer/dealership relationships. You will handle orders, coordinate pricing, and support customers by phone and email.

The position requires strong accuracy, excellent communication, organisational skills, and experience with Ebbon Dacs, Salesforce, and Office 365. Hybrid work is offered.

• Experience with purchasing is useful.
• Familiarity with Ebbon Dacs and Salesforce systems.

Responsibilities

• Capture all orders within 24 hours and prepare contracts with employer details.
• Liaise with dealers to ensure accurate vehicle specifications.
• Coordinate with Pricing and Data teams on pricing and discounts, and manage monthly increases.
• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email, and strive to exceed KPIs and SLAs.
• Be flexible to take on bespoke tasks allocated by the Line Manager.
