Qualifications

• Experience as a Consultant-Oracle with hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
• Strong functional knowledge of HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - UK Payroll (Functional).
• Strong functional knowledge of HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Absence Management (Functional).
• Familiarity with UK payroll statutory rules, compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation or support projects for Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional configurations and solutions.
• Preferred: Relevant certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud or related modules.
• Preferred: Experience working with clients in the United Kingdom or similar regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure UK Payroll and Absence Management in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements; translate to functional designs.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy UK Payroll solutions.
• Perform system, integration, and UAT testing for payroll modules.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT to deliver Oracle HCM solutions.
• Provide production support and resolve defects in UK modules.
• Ensure compliance with UK payroll rules and statutory reporting.
• Prepare design docs, config workbooks, test scripts, and training materials.
• Assist upgrades and feature enablement with minimal disruption.
