Job summary

Kirtana consulting is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Architect for a 6-month rolling contract based in Warwick. The role requires 12+ years’ experience implementing Absence and Payroll within UK Public Sector projects.

You will lead and deliver UK-specific Payroll, Pension, and Absence solutions using Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud, drive SDLC processes, and mentor a delivery team. Strong stakeholder engagement and data-migration expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of hands-on implementation experience in Oracle Fusion HCM for Absence and Payroll in the UK.
• Expert knowledge of UK payroll processes and Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud.
• Ability to lead client engagements, discuss integrations, data migrations, and reporting.
• Strong SDLC experience with effective communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience mentoring teams and managing delivery across multiple modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement Oracle Fusion HCM, focusing on Absence and Payroll for UK clients.
• Demonstrate proficiency in UK Payroll, Pension and Absence processes.
• Apply HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, and Fast Formulas in delivery.
• Coordinate testing: SIT, UAT, and Payroll Parallel Reconciliation, and support hyper care.
• Lead customer discussions on integrations, data migrations, and reports for Payroll/Absence.
