Job summary

Asda Stores is seeking a Money and Mobile Operations Assistant for a 12-month FTC to support governance, compliance and operational tasks. The role offers hybrid working with a minimum three days in a Home Office and a 37.5-hour week.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an administrative or operations role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Strong organizational skills and eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in governance, compliance or project coordination within regulated/retail settings.
• Familiarity with Copilot for minute-taking and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up actions.
• Maintain team documentation and ensure confidentiality.
• Support day-to-day operations and administrative tasks across Money & Mobile.
• Coordinate cross-departmental projects and track deliverables.
• Support governance packs, risk logs and regulatory reporting.
• Assist in-store compliance monitoring and process improvement.
