Asda is seeking a Central Retail Ops Project Co-ordinator-2 to lead analytical tasks, build scenarios for hours movements and support PMs with rollout activities. The role covers Front End, Replen, Online, GM/George, Ops/Infra and Express and requires strong data handling and reporting capability.

The role offers hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days in the Home Office and a comprehensive benefits package including a discretionary bonus and pension matching. Closing date 28 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience in analytics, insights and reporting to support PM decisions.
• Ability to build simple, reliable models for hours movements and scenarios.
• Maintaining clean datasets and consistent measures across workstreams.

Responsabilités

• Produce clear, accurate analyses for PMs, on time.
• Refresh datasets, trackers and routines to support delivery pace.
• Identify blockers early and escalate appropriately.
• Prepare store-ready materials (tables, charts, checklists) for delivery.
• Communicate updates concisely and map clear next steps.
• Uphold data quality and a single source of truth for the team.
