Asda is hiring an Operations Specialist - People Services on a 12 Month FTC to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of People Services support. You will be the first contact for colleagues and managers, guiding them on HR policies, processes and systems within a hybrid-working environment.

Reporting to the Lead Operations Specialist/Operations Manager, you will handle day-to-day transactions, resolve queries via multiple channels, and contribute to continuous service improvements

Qualificações

• Strong understanding of People Services and operational HR processes.
• Experience delivering high-volume shared services or customer support with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence in providing guidance on policies and processes.
• Proficiency in HR systems, digital tools, and data management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to identify trends.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver People Services transactions accurately and efficiently in line with SLAs/SOPs/quality standards.
• Manage and resolve colleague and manager queries through appropriate service channels.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on People policies and processes.
• Take ownership of cases and service requests with timely resolution and clear communication.
• Maintain accurate employee records and data integrity across systems.
