Job summary

CPM UK is looking for an Operations Administrator to join the Operations team in Stokenchurch. The role focuses on delivering operational requirements to ensure vibrant content and top-tier customer support for retailers.

Ideal location is Stokenchurch, United Kingdom with hybrid working. Salary up to £26K DOE, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to contribute to CSR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and with a wide range of people.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce and dispatch account tool-kits (e.g. Field/Supplier documentation) to required standards and timescales.
• Distribute account equipment and manage assets to support service delivery.
• Follow an audit/QC process on contracts/photographs and work completed.
• Document working processes and contribute to improvements.
• Review current practices, procedures and systems.
• Represent the operational team at Field Meetings as required.
• Use Salesforce and other systems to maintain field support.
• Complete field visits and document learnings.
