AS Watson in London is seeking a data insights professional to support our O+O strategy, delivering trusted customer and commercial insights that drive online growth across Trading and Product & Customer Experience teams.

You'll transform complex data into clear recommendations, enable self‑service analytics, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve sales, conversion, and customer value across channels. Hybrid working and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in an ecommerce, retail or digital environment with understanding of sales, conversion and commercial performance.
• Strong digital analytics capability including customer behaviour analysis, segmentation and funnel analysis.
• Advanced experience with analytical/visualisation tools (GA4, SQL, Power BI, Looker, Excel).
• Experience delivering end-to-end analysis and translating data into actionable commercial recommendations.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Identify and quantify customer and commercial opportunities that drive profitable online growth across channels.
• Deliver trusted customer, trading and performance insights enabling faster decision‑making across the business.
• Partner with Trading and Product & Customer Experience teams to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Analyse customer behaviour, journeys and conversion to uncover opportunities to improve experience and reduce friction.
• Evaluate promotions, trading initiatives and A/B tests to focus investment on high‑impact activities.
• Develop and evolve reporting, forecasting and analytics solutions to understand performance drivers.
• Champion data‑led ways of working by improving access to insights and self‑service analytics.
