Job summary

You will lead insights, translate performance data into actionable recommendations, and partner with senior stakeholders to drive commercial growth and reporting improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong background in insights, analytics, retail media, FMCG or digital marketing.
- Proven experience leading and developing teams.
- Commercially astute with the ability to influence at senior level.
- Confident working with large datasets and performance metrics.
- Skilled in presenting complex information in a simple, engaging way.
- Experience with reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of insights, analytics and strategic recommendations across the business.
- Translate data into compelling stories that influence decision-making.
- Support media planning and measurement strategies to maximise performance.
- Drive improvements in reporting, analytics processes and automation.
- Monitor market trends and identify emerging opportunities.
- Manage and develop a small high-performing team.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
