Job summary

AS Watson is seeking a senior commercial partner to drive sustainable online sales growth across our Business Units. You will combine commercial analysis, strategy and stakeholder influence to turn insights into actions that improve customer value and profitability.

You will work with senior leaders across markets to shape priorities, champion digital initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes that enhance our brands’ digital performance and customer experiences.

Qualifications

Experience in ecommerce or digital performance with a track record of delivering commercial results.
Strong analytical ability with data-driven decision making and forecasting skills.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate insights into action.

Responsibilities

Analyse online trading performance and commercial metrics to identify revenue growth opportunities.
Lead strategic ecommerce initiatives and shape recommendations using customer insights and market trends.
Partner with senior stakeholders to translate opportunities into measurable business outcomes.
Evaluate AI-driven opportunities and allocate investments for measurable value across markets.
