Job summary

Health Partners is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Physician to deliver expert medical guidance within a collaborative, supportive team. You will conduct occupational health assessments, advise employers and employees, manage cases, and produce clear reports to support healthier workplaces.

The role offers a hybrid working model across UK sites with relocation support and flexible arrangements. A DOccMed/MFOM/FFOM qualification and relevant experience are essential, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Qualified Occupational Health Physician with DOccMed/MFOM/FFOM
• At least three years of clinical experience in occupational health and safety critical referrals
• Strong clinical knowledge in case management, workplace assessments, and health surveillance

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational health assessments and provide evidence-based advice to employers and employees
• Undertake case management for health issues including fitness for work and return-to-work planning
• Produce clear, professional reports outlining medical opinions and recommendations to employers
• Liaise with HR teams and other healthcare professionals to support wellbeing goals
• Complete fitness for work assessments and health surveillance
