Job summary

Health Partners Group Ltd is seeking an Occupational Health Physician to deliver expert medical advice to our client in the defence sector. This role supports a hybrid working pattern with a mix of site and remote activity across Govan and Faslane.

The successful candidate will conduct health assessments, manage cases, and produce professional reports for employers. A DOccMed/MFOM/FFOM qualification with at least three years in occupational health is required, along with strong communication

Qualifications

• DOccMed/MFOM/FFOM is essential.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience in occupational health.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducting Occupational Health Assessments and provide evidence-based advice to employers and employees.
• Undertake case management for health issues, including fitness for work and return-to-work planning.
• Conducting consultations with managers and employees, providing clear reports with recommendations.
• Liaise with employers, HR teams and other healthcare professionals to support wellbeing and organisational health goals.
• Completing fitness-for-work assessments and health surveillance.
