Job summary

Health Partners in Glasgow seeks an experienced Occupational Health Physician (OHP) to deliver expert medical advice and guidance within a collaborative team. The role supports a key client with case diversity and opportunities for professional growth, while offering a flexible hybrid working arrangement.

The candidate should have DOccMed/MFOM/FFOM credentials, at least three years of occupational health experience, and strong communication skills to liaise with employers and HR teams.

Qualifications

• A DOccMed/MFOM/FFOM-credentialed Occupational Health Physician is required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with a proactive, solution-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Occupational Health assessments and provide evidence-based advice to employers and employees.
• Undertake case management for health issues, including fitness for work, workplace adjustments and return to work planning.
• Conduct consultations, offering clear, concise support to managers and employees.
• Provide professional reports outlining medical opinions and recommendations to employers.
• Liaise with employers, HR teams and other healthcare professionals to support wellbeing and organisational health goals.
