Job summary

Health Partners is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Physician in a flexible hybrid role. You will conduct case management, on-site visits, and home-based consultations to support employers and employees in fitness for work, adjustments, and return-to-work processes.

The ideal candidate will hold DOccMed or higher, be GMC registered, and bring strong communication and organisation skills. Remote and home-based work options are included with client-site visits in Birmingham.

Qualifications

• Fully GMC-registered with licence to practise in Occupational Medicine.
• Proven case management experience in occupational health.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Undertake case management for fitness for work, workplace adjustments, and return-to-work planning.
• Deliver face-to-face and remote consultations at client sites and via home-based case management.
• Prepare clear, professional reports outlining medical opinions and recommendations.
• Liaise with employers, HR teams and other health professionals to support wellbeing.
• Stay up to date with workplace health legislation and guidelines.
• Support organisational health goals through proactive occupational health practices.
