Job summary

Health Partners in Birmingham is seeking an Occupational Health Physician for a flexible hybrid, part-time role. You will deliver high-quality occupational health services, combining on-site visits with home-based case management and timely reporting to employers.

Applicants must be GMC-registered with DOccMed or equivalent, and have proven case-management experience. Strong communication and time-management skills are essential to support wellbeing and workplace health goals.

Qualifications

• GMC-registered professional with full licence to practise in Occupational Medicine.
• Proven case management experience in occupational health.
• Knowledge of workplace health legislation and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Undertake case management for health issues including fitness for work and return-to-work planning.
• Deliver face-to-face consultations at client sites as required.
• Conduct homebased telephone/video consultations with clear reporting.
• Prepare concise reports for employers outlining opinions and recommendations.
• Liaise with employers, HR teams and other healthcare professionals.
