Job summary

Health Partners seeks an Occupational Health Physician to support employers and employees with high-quality services in a flexible hybrid role. You will visit client sites weekly and conduct home-based consultations, delivering personalised care and professional reports.

The role requires GMC registration with Occupational Medicine qualifications (DOccMed) and strong case management experience, plus excellent communication and IT literacy to liaise with HR and management teams.

Qualifications

• Fully GMC-registered with licence to practise in Occupational Medicine (minimum DOccMed).
• Proven case management experience in occupational health.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Undertake case management for health issues including fitness for work and return-to-work planning.
• Deliver face-to-face consultations at client sites as required.
• Conduct home-based telephone/video consultations with clear, supportive communication.
• Provide clear, professional reports outlining medical opinions and recommendations.
• Liaise with employers, HR teams and other healthcare professionals to support wellbeing.
• Stay up to date with legislation, guidelines and best practices in occupational health.
