Job summary

Robertson Sumner Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a NOC Team Lead to oversee a team of network engineers, driving incident response, service delivery and transformation initiatives in a hybrid setup in Gloucestershire.

You will act as senior escalation point for complex incidents, manage SLAs and KPIs, and work with customers and vendors to deliver continual service improvement and modernisation projects.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience in NOC/Network Operations or Managed Services.
• Advanced Cisco networking knowledge across routing, switching, wireless and security.
• Experience with major network hardware and security appliances is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Network Engineers
• Act as the senior escalation point for complex network incidents
• Manage service delivery, SLAs, KPIs and operational performance
• Drive continual service improvement and operational best practice
• Coordinate major incidents, problem management and change activities
• Work closely with customers, vendors and internal stakeholders
• Support network modernisation and transformation programmes
