Job summary

Qualifications
- 1 year+ support experience in a busy, customer-focused service desk or NOC.
- Solid understanding of LAN/WAN technologies.
- Networking qualification (CCNA or equivalent) or working towards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver top-notch customer service by resolving technical issues and keeping customers informed.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN problems and collaborate with field engineers to fix routers, switches, and Wi‑Fi APs.
- Use SolarWinds, Extreme XIQ and ServiceNow to track incidents and escalate when needed.
- Assist with hardware/vendor management and ensure swift fault resolution.
