Job summary

Talantir is recruiting a Business Development Manager focused on Microsoft solutions for professional services in London. You will win new business, land initial opportunities and expand relationships across Microsoft 365, Azure and Security, working with presales and delivery teams in a hybrid London setting.

You will engage senior stakeholders in law, finance and consulting sectors, driving long-term partnerships and complex deals with a strong double-OTE earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in new business sales within a Microsoft partner or IT services firm.
• Experience selling Microsoft solutions such as 365, Security or Azure to enterprise clients.
• Track record of opening new accounts and expanding existing relationships.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within enterprise organisations across professional services.
• Build senior relationships with technology and business leaders.
• Position Microsoft cloud solutions across 365, Security and Azure offerings.
• Identify opportunities to land initial engagements and grow accounts over time.
• Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand client challenges and priorities.
• Collaborate with presales and delivery teams to develop compelling proposals.
• Manage pipeline activity, forecast revenue and navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Develop long-term account strategies to drive growth in Microsoft cloud and managed services.
