Job summary

Planet Recruitment are partnering with a fast-growing organisation in Abingdon, Oxfordshire to recruit a Microsoft Pre-Sales Solutions Specialist. This hybrid role offers a chance to shape the Microsoft capability as the business grows.

You will work with Account Managers, run discovery meetings, design high-level Microsoft solutions, and translate technical challenges into business value. Strong Microsoft 365, Azure and security knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

Strong Microsoft pre-sales, solution consulting or solution architecture experience.
Excellent Microsoft 365 knowledge.
Good Azure technical and commercial understanding.
Strong understanding of Microsoft's security stack.
Working knowledge of Copilot and Microsoft's wider AI proposition.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop Microsoft opportunities with Account Managers.
Lead customer discovery meetings, workshops and assessments.
Understand customers' Microsoft estates, licensing, cloud environments and security.
Identify opportunities to optimise, modernise, secure or transform environments.
Translate technical challenges into business outcomes.
Design high-level Microsoft solutions and architectures.
Develop proposals, roadmaps, statements of work and business cases.
Present solutions to technical and senior stakeholders.
