Qualifikationen

• Project development and management.
• People and budget management—project-based.
• Experience delivering behaviour change and/or community engagement techniques and analysing results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience building strong stakeholder relationships.
• Passion for sustainability and the environment.
• Recycling & Waste Industry knowledge and local authority experience.
• Experience of visual/textual content production across formats.
• Advanced data management and analysis understanding.
• Understanding of PR, social media, social advertising and digital communications.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage Education, Communications and Outreach and Social Value function.
• Lead a team of ECO and Social Value Officers; manage budget, timeline and delivery quality.
• Act as day-to-day client and site contact; coordinate staff wellbeing events and engagement.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders; respond to queries and provide solutions.
• Drive performance of ECO officers; coach them in project planning and community engagement.
• Develop and deliver social value initiatives across employment and local communities.
• Identify good news and coordinate with external engagement teams for messaging.
• Deliver internal communications campaigns with the Veolia operations senior team.
