Veolia is seeking an Education, Communications and Outreach (ECO) Lead to develop and deliver community engagement and service improvement projects across Solihull, changing resident behaviours to reduce waste and increase recycling. The role is hybrid, based in Solihull, with a FTC until October 2027 and a salary of £32,000 per annum plus benefits.

You will build relationships with the client and Veolia teams, lead ECO delivery for Solihull, manage budgets, and drive social value initiatives

Competenze

• Experience delivering behaviour change and/or community engagement techniques and analysing results.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Experience building strong stakeholder relationships.
• A passion for sustainability and the environment.
• Budget management experience.
• Project development and management.

• Build strong relationships with the client Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council and Veolia colleagues, ensuring high service standards.
• Lead ECO delivery for Veolia Solihull and support other contracts regionally.
• Drive ECO performance via project planning and community engagement.
