Job summary

National Highways is seeking a Lead Service Delivery Manager to drive and improve Workplace Services within a mature ITIL framework across multiple offices in the UK. You will influence senior stakeholders, manage suppliers and control budgets while guiding strategic service improvements.

You will deputise for the Head of Service and oversee Service Delivery Managers, delivering value, efficiency and safe, reliable digital workplace services for England's transport network.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading operational service delivery in ITIL-aligned environments.
• Be able to drive continual improvement and deliver against strategic and operational objectives.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage multi-vendor relationships.
• Excellent budgeting, financial and risk-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated service operations and continual improvement of Workplace Services, ensuring capabilities, processes and performance align with business objectives.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, suppliers and partners.
• Lead supplier management activities to ensure service quality, contract health, and value for money.
• Develop strategic plans, management information and service insights to support decision-making and service improvements.
• Lead management of service risks, performance, availability, capacity and quality, with opportunities for continual improvement.
