National Highways is recruiting a Lead Service Delivery Manager to drive ITIL service management across the Corporate IT estate and operations. The role emphasizes collaboration with our Service Management provider, suppliers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality services and a safe, reliable transport network.

The role is hybrid with two days in the office per week across the UK, requiring travel to attend team meetings and work across multiple office locations.

Competenze

• Extensive ITIL experience in complex service delivery environments.
• Experience across products/services through full service delivery lifecycle.
• Proven ability to manage suppliers and stakeholders in a complex supply chain.

Mansioni

• Lead the relationship with our Service Management provider and build strong cross-team relationships.
• Own service delivery, drive quality and continuous improvement with effective service support.
• Establish service reporting and use insights to identify and deliver improvements.
• Lead escalation and resolution of service issues, addressing risks to minimise impact.
• Support and lead medium to large IT projects, governance and service improvements.
