AECOM invites an experienced Principal Process Engineer to join our Water team in the UK. You will lead process design for water and wastewater projects, mentoring engineers and coordinating with clients and colleagues across regions.

The role offers a hybrid work model across multiple offices and requires chartered status and strong leadership skills. You’ll contribute to bids, support feasibility and detail design, and help deliver high-quality solutions for major water clients while

Qualifications

• Extensive design experience delivering large water engineering projects.
• Degree in engineering with water/wastewater focus; chartered status preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of process elements for water and wastewater projects.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and clients across regions.
