Job summary

Levicare in Warrington offers a hybrid/on-site role as required for a Learning & Development Trainer. Salary £26,000–£28,000 dependent on qualifications and experience, with travel to venues as needed and support for trainer certifications.

You will deliver First Aid/BLS, Moving & Handling, and CPI training to our candidate pool, ensuring they are trained and compliant before placement within our internal team.

Qualifications

• Trainer/assessor qualifications in First Aid/BLS, Moving & Handling and/or CPI
• Background in health, social care or related clinical field
• Experience delivering training to adult learners
• Strong facilitation skills and record-keeping
• Full UK driving licence if training delivered across multiple sites

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver First Aid/BLS, Moving & Handling, other mandatory training and CPI sessions
• Assess competence and issue certification in line with accreditation requirements
• Keep accurate, audit-ready training records for every candidate
• Work with Recruitment Consultants to identify training needs ahead of placement
• Help shape Levicare's in-house training offering
