Job summary

Spinwell is recruiting for First Aid Trainers for an excellent opportunity within the public sector in Birmingham. Two roles available on a 1-year contract, Inside IR35, paying £26.52 per hour.

You will research, design and deliver learning programmes for Police organisational requirements, providing advice to the Learning & Development Management team on training solutions. Applicants should hold Level 3 teaching or assessing qualifications and have recent experience delivering first aid

Qualifications

• Teaching Qualification (minimum of one or above) as listed: Level 3 Learning & Development, Lifelong Learning Sector, or Teaching Adult Learners.
• Assessing Qualification (minimum of one or above) such as Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment; Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocationally Related Achievement; Level 3 CAVA; TAQA; A1 Assessor Award.
• First Aid Competence required: Valid, in-date First Aid at Work (FAW) certificate; recent demonstrable experience delivering first aid training.

Responsibilities

• To research, design and deliver learning & development programmes in support of organisational requirements for Police. To offer advice and support to the Learning & Development Management team in devising training solutions appropriate to current and future needs.

Level 3 Certificate in Learning and Development

Level 3 Certificate in the Lifelong Learning Sector

Level 3 Certificate in Teaching Adult Learners

Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment

Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocationally Related Achievement
