Job summary

Carlsberg Britvic is seeking a passionate Learning & Development Advisor to design and deliver soft-skills and management development training, and to lead the induction for new starters. You will work closely with our L&D team to create engaging experiences across multiple offices.

You will travel to Hemel Hempstead and other offices in a hybrid, field-based role, gaining exposure to a broad range of learning activities while developing your L&D skills and experience.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training, including soft-skills, people or management development.
• Experience designing learning materials such as presentations and guides.
• Facilitation style that engages diverse audiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging development training with a focus on mid-level managers.
• Lead and enhance the new-starter induction to welcome and connect new colleagues.
• Facilitate existing learning programmes and workshops.
• Deliver learning through face-to-face, virtual and blended formats.
• Create an inclusive learning environment and encourage participation.
