Job summary

Carlsberg Britvic is seeking a Learning & Development Advisor to design and deliver soft-skills and management training, and to lead the induction experience for new starters. This hybrid field-based role involves travel to Hemel Hempstead and other offices.

You will work with the L&D Lead to create engaging learning experiences and develop your L&D skills across a range of programmes. You will have hands-on experience in training delivery and learning design, with a passion for helping people

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training, including soft-skills, people or management development.
• Experience designing learning materials such as presentations, activities or guides.
• Confident, engaging facilitation style adaptable to different audiences.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Interest in helping people learn, develop and succeed; good planning and organisation.
• Solid IT skills with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Experience with digital learning or content development platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging development training with a focus on mid-level managers.
• Lead and improve new-starter induction experience to welcome and inform from day one.
• Facilitate existing learning programmes and workshops.
• Deliver learning through face-to-face, virtual and blended formats.
• Create inclusive, engaging learning environments and materials.
• Design and develop learning resources and guides with SME input.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure relevant content.
• Apply adult learning principles to enhance engagement.
• Review and refresh learning materials to stay current.
