RICS in the United Kingdom is seeking a Portfolio Executive to develop and manage a portfolio of professional learning products focused on Data, Technology & AI, Sustainability, Ethics and Professional Skills. You will work with subject matter experts to research, design, launch and improve learning solutions across webinars, e-learning, virtual training and conferences.

Qualifications

Experience in learning, training, events or professional development product management.
Ability to design engaging content that delivers commercial value.
Strong research, analytical and project management capabilities.
Excellent collaboration across global teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Conduct market and customer research to identify learning needs and trends.
Develop and refresh engaging learning products across formats (webinars, e-learning, conferences).
Manage relationships with subject matter experts and content contributors.
Collaborate with marketing, partnerships and delivery teams to support launches.
Monitor product performance and feedback to drive improvements.
Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure relevance across markets.
Identify opportunities for digital transformation within learning and development.
