Job summary

Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is seeking a Learning and Development Portfolio Executive to shape and manage a portfolio of professional learning products focused on Data, Technology & AI, Sustainability, Ethics and professional skills.

You will work with subject matter experts and global teams to research, design, launch and continually improve learning solutions across webinars, e-learning, virtual programmes and conferences.

Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities

As a Portfolio Executive, you will support the development and management of a portfolio of professional learning and development products focused on Data, Technology & AI, Sustainability, Ethics and Professional Skills. Working closely with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders, you will research, design, launch and continuously improve learning solutions across a range of formats, including webinars, e-learning, virtual training programmes and conferences.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting market and customer research to identify emerging trends and learning needs.
• Developing and refreshing engaging, high-quality learning products that align with strategic and commercial objectives.
• Managing relationships with subject matter experts, trainers and content contributors throughout the product development lifecycle.
