Job summary

Supply Chain Sustainability School is seeking a Digital Learning Manager to lead the design, development and continuous improvement of our digital learning content. You’ll blend hands-on learning design with content strategy, technology, AI and team leadership to raise the quality and accessibility of our learning experiences across the School.

This UK-based, remote role offers the chance to shape sustainability education at scale and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple Schools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital learning design and content production.
• Strong understanding of accessibility and Universal Design for Learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Digital Learning & Content: Plan and deliver refresh programmes, develop new modules, ensure accessibility and learning objectives, manage external contractors.
• Content Strategy & Innovation: Create content strategies, apply Universal Design for Learning, explore learning technologies and AI for quality content.
• People, Projects & Stakeholders: Lead content team, manage budgets and suppliers, coordinate with Product and stakeholders.
