Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in London is seeking a Portfolio Lead to drive UK AI upskilling apprenticeship products, owning roadmaps and metrics. You will shape product strategy, align with policy, and work across Admissions, Delivery, Learning and Technology teams to scale learning offerings.

You will lead data-informed development, ensure quality across synchronous and blended learning models, and guide stakeholders from executives to clients on the ROI of our AI-enabled programs.

Qualifications

• AI upskilling expertise with knowledge of generative AI and tooling trends.
• Experience launching learning products with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and oral communication across technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to balance stakeholder needs with feasible priorities.
• Vision for applied learning and data-driven apprenticeship models.
• Experience building AI workflows for research, development, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own AI product roadmap and measure bookings and retention.
• Validate market assumptions and competitive positioning.
• Stay ahead on data and tooling trends to identify skill gaps.
• Scope custom data offerings with cross-team input.
• Shape apprenticeship policy responses and influence policy.
• Lead learning squad prioritisation and backlog with stakeholders.
• Ensure readiness of systems and people for high-quality learning.
• Establish rigorous feedback loops and be the voice of the data practitioner.
