Job summary

TfGM’s People Directorate is hiring a Learning & Organisational Development Advisor to support learning, development, talent and organisational activity. You will handle LMS/e-learning, compliance training, reporting, budgets, and engagement across teams.

The role offers progression from Band 5 toward Band 6, with potential autonomy in defined workstreams and collaboration across L&D, OD, and external providers. This is a permanent, hybrid-working position based in Greater Manchester.

Qualifications

• Experience providing learning or organisational development support within a People function.
• Experience with LMS/e-learning systems and reporting.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and supplier relationships.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and work with colleagues at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, accurate learning and organisational development support to colleagues and managers.
• Manage learning systems, compliance training, reporting, and budgets.
• Coordinate induction, engagement activity, and early careers programmes.
• Support delivery across L&D and OD workstreams and partners.
