Responsibilities

• Lead the non-clinical Learning & Development strategy across the group.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Manage and develop learning content through the LMS.
• Support leadership and management development programmes.
• Identify skills gaps and create effective learning solutions.
• Oversee non-clinical training budgets and external learning approvals.
• Monitor mandatory training compliance and report to senior leaders.
• Partner with departmental leaders to improve engagement, retention and development opportunities.
• Measure and demonstrate the impact and effectiveness of learning initiatives.
