Job summary

Nextech is seeking an IT Systems & Network Support Engineer to join our IT Support Services team in a hybrid role. You will provide first-class technical support to internal and external customers, keep systems running smoothly, and assist with new solutions from troubleshooting to deployment.

You’ll work on escalations, document solutions, and contribute to pre- and post-sales technical guidance, while ensuring security best practices across networks and systems.

Qualifications

• Technical experience in Windows Server/desktop, AD, DNS and DHCP.
• Experience with Microsoft 365/Exchange, Entra ID and Azure.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class technical support to internal and external customers.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day issues and assist in implementing new solutions.
• Log, diagnose and fix support issues end-to-end.
• Maintain updates and clear documentation for customers and colleagues.
• Support pre- and post-sales activities with technical guidance.
