Job summary

Odevo UK is seeking a Senior EUC Support Technician to join the IT Shared Service team. The role is hybrid with occasional travel to Odevo UK sites and requires strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and endpoint management.

You will own complex escalations and drive lasting improvements across a varied tech landscape. You will mentor colleagues, strengthen security, and contribute to successful migrations, upgrades, and rollout projects while delivering top user experience

• Clear communication, a customer-first mindset and a proactive approach to ownership and improvement.

Relevant Microsoft, networking or ITIL certifications are desirable.
