Job summary

Havebury Housing Partnership is seeking an IT Support Technician to join its progressive IT team. You will deliver first-line support across the organisation, lead hardware rollout and refresh, and help colleagues maximise the use of our services and solutions.

Qualifications

First-line technical support experience in an IT Helpdesk environment.
Experience with user management in Active Directory and Entra ID.
Experience supporting an Office 365 environment.
Experience preparing IT equipment, including imaging and managing devices through MDM/MAM solutions.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, first-line service desk support and log/triage requests.
Support new starters with devices, including testing laptops and desktops for deployment.
Perform password resets and account maintenance in line with automated systems.
Help build and maintain the IT Helpdesk knowledge base and participate in knowledge transfers.
Carry out minor repairs to desktop equipment and support office equipment moves.
Obtain quotations, raise orders and administer new equipment as directed by IT management.
