Job summary

A growing technology company in Greater London is looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide 1st and 2nd line support to their employees. This hybrid position requires onsite presence 3-4 days a week, where you will assist with mobile and telephone/VoIP support, AV and video conference equipment, and configure hardware for new starters. Previous experience at a 2nd line level and network support skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an IT Support role at a 2nd line level is required.
• Experience of network support would be advantageous.

We are currently recruiting for an IT Support Engineer to join a growing company. Based from their London office, you will be needed onsite 3-4 days a week.
