Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 3+ years of IT support experience in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency with macOS and Windows operating systems.
• Experience managing AV equipment and conference room setups.
• Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, and ITSM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support in the London office and resolve tickets.
• Support the UK/EMEA region with remote IT requests as needed.
• Manage AV equipment and conference rooms for meetings and events.
• Install local office equipment including workstations and network gear.
• Conduct IT onboarding for new hires across UK and EMEA.
• Oversee shipping/logistics for IT equipment during onboarding/offboarding.
• Collaborate with IT team to improve processes and automation.
• Assist in vendor management for equipment and services.
